Why I can not check out?

Reasons could be as below:

1. Delivery address: Kindly confirm your delivery address and cell phone number which must be valid; If not,please edit again.

2.Poor internet connection: Please refresh the page and try to check out.

Why my orders got canceled?

1. Unconfirmed order: the order will be canceled by system if not confirmed within 7 days.

2. Address issue: If your order is with incompleted address and not confirmed by customer service team, it will be canceled

3. Stock out issue: If the item was stock out, the order will be canceled.

How Can I cancel the order?

Please contact us via Email at , we will help cancel your order.

Note: If your order was shipped, we are unable to cancel it and once you refused to take the shipment which has impact on your next COD order.

Why my order split into many packages?

Due to size of your order, it will be more convenient to ship by multiple packages.

Please do not worry, each package can be tracked with its own tracking number.

Why I did not receive complete order?

Due to certain items are stock out, we have to cancel them before shipping

Certainly, we have removed the price of this item from your total amount, kindly do not worry about this.

Can I add or cancel the item from my order?

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer global standard shipping and premium shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping Worldwide. For premium shipping, it costs extra $30 dollar per order(First 0.5 kg) and additionly $6 per 0.5kg.

When will my order ship?

For standard shipping, it usually takes 15-30 days. For Premium Shipping, it takes 7-15 days to arrive.  All orders will be shipped in 2-7 working days after palcing the orders days. Our working days is Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm UTC+8. However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Online purchases (final sales, specials, gifts excluded) made through our website are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the delivery date.

All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.
