Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Each package will have its own tracking number, and they may arrive on different dates.
What if an item is out of stock after I place my order?
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss a replacement, backorder, or refund.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping fees vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
When will my order ship?
Processing Time: 0-2 business days
Canada, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom: 15-30 business days after dispatch.
Other international destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Original packaging is required.
- Proof of purchase is required.
