Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Each package will have its own tracking number, and they may arrive on different dates.

What if an item is out of stock after I place my order?


If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss a replacement, backorder, or refund.

PAYMENT

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

All credit and debit card payments are securely processed through PayPal. Customers can pay with their card without creating a PayPal account (where available).

 SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on orders of USD $40.00 or more.

For orders below USD $40.00, a flat standard shipping fee of USD $8.80 applies.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.


When will my order ship?


Processing Time: 0-2 business days  
Canada, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom: 15-30 business days after dispatch.

Other international destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.

 What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an issue caused by RGP2S, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 Can I modify my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders.
