We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns for defective goods and eligible unused items. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@rgp2s.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and help make it right.

If the problem was caused by our company, we will cover the return shipping cost. In most cases, please contact us first before returning any item so we can provide the correct instructions.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item
If a customer no longer wants the product or ordered the wrong item, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item, wait for the return to be accepted, and place a new order separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Return processing usually takes 2-3 business days after we receive the item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take 7-15 days to process and post the refund.
